Project goal: The aim of the project is to increase the company’s economic activity on international markets. Entering foreign markets will enable the acquisition of new recipients of products, which will directly contribute to the increase in export sales and increase the company’s revenues. The implemented project will positively affect the image of the company and increase its recognition and competitiveness in the international arena.
Short description of the project: The project involves the development and preparation for implementation of a new business model of internationalization related to the commencement of operations of the company “Elpologistyka” Sp. z o.o. on new foreign markets.
The already prepared business model includes an indication of target markets, an analysis of the current business model of the enterprise along with a proposal for changes in terms of internationalization, recommendations for the reorganization of the enterprise and the concept of entering foreign markets.
The main export products of the company are construction products: mortar, plastering mortar and Ellmix 1 construction aggregate.
The target foreign markets, which are the export directions of the company’s offer, are: Sweden, Slovakia, Hungary and Germany.
The most important tasks necessary to implement the internationalization business model include: preparing a promotional campaign plan; creating advertising and promotional materials, a website and mobile applications intended to promote the sale of products covered by the project on foreign markets; packaging design; designing catalogs and technical descriptions of products; designing logos and product brands; purchase of interpreter services; participation in trade fairs and economic missions on foreign markets.
Project implementation period: 13/08/2021 – 13/08/2023
- 1 internationalization business model prepared for implementation,
- 1 enterprise that entered new foreign markets,
- 4 new markets (countries) where the company was ready to start selling products,
- 4 organized distribution channels that will be implemented on target markets,
- 2 foreign trade contracts signed by the enterprise,
- increase in revenues from the sale of products for export.
Value of the co-financing obtained: PLN 327,420.00
